How do I use mithu?
Download our Mithu app! Or, tap your smartphone on the Mithu branded “tag” (typically located by the host stand or register) at one of our partner restaurants. Account setup just requires a mobile phone number. Once you check in at restaurants, you’ll immediately start earning points (aka Mithu Coins), unlocking rewards, and leveling up your regular status.
Do I need a Saudi phone number to sign-up?
No you don't need a Saudi phone number to sign up.
Where can I use mithu? what cities is mithu currently in?
Mithu is currently available in Riyadh, as well as select restaurants in Dammam, Khobbar & Jeddah - we're expanding to new restaurants and new markets.
The best way to discover mithu restaurants is in the app. Just tap the restaurant icon under catagories and you will be dropped in and explore all restaurants on mithu.
How can I refer my favourite restaurant?
Email restaurants@mithu.com to refer a restaurant to the platform.

What is difference between $Wings & Restaurant Points?
Stars, Diamonds, and Pearls are awarded for each mission you achieve or everytime you visit a mithu restaurants - Each of these rewards are convertible to $Wings and can be used throughout the network.
Restaurants points are awarded for specific restaurants and can be only redeemable at that particular restaurant and is not exchangable to other restaurants.
Can I use mithu morwe than 1x a day
Use mithu each time you dine-out in a day and keep adding rewards into your wallet.
Can I withdraw points into cash or crypto??
Mithu uses closed loop wallet system, and points can not be withdrawn into cash and crypto.
Can I buy $Wings?
You'll be able to buy $Wings from cash or crypto soon.
