Delete your account

  1. Go to Mithu APP, then click on Menu button
  2. Select View Profile

  1. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
 
  1. Follow the remaining steps in the app to complete the process

Notes on deleting your account

After completing either process above, your account will be immediately deactivated and then permanently deleted after 7 days. Any unused credits, promotions, or rewards will be removed.
